Retrieving Your Thrivent Brokerage Account (National Financial Services) Tax Documents

Your Thrivent Brokerage Account tax forms can be accessed through Thrivent Wealthscape Investor. This is a different log in than PKS Wealthscape investor. If you do have accounts through PKS, make sure you use your Thrivent-specific log in. When you are in the portal, the Thrivent logo should appear across the top of your screen in lieu of the green PKS logo. Please note that Thrivent plans on generating another wave of tax documents around mid-February. If you do not see your tax documents the first time logging in, they may not be available just yet. Once logged in, select Accounts in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. In the upper left, select the account you wish to view first. Click the Documents tab. Click Tax Documents. This will open a drop-down list of tax years. Select the year you wish to view and click Go. Select the tax form to open it as a PDF. For questions on your tax forms or how to log in to Thrivent Wealthscape Investor, call 1-800-847-4836.When prompted, say “Representative” and the automated system will direct you to a customer service agent.

Retrieving Your Thrivent Mutual Fund Tax Documents

Your Thrivent Mutual Fund tax documents can be found at Thrivent.com. Please note that Thrivent plans on generating another wave of tax documents around mid-February. If you do not see your tax documents the first time logging in, they may not be available just yet. To access your documents, log in to Thrivent.com. On your account overview page, click the dropdown carrot by account values. Click Full Details. This will take you to a page with an option menu titled What Can I Do. Click View Tax Forms. This will pull up your mutual funds tax documents for 2019 and 2020. For questions on your tax forms, call Thrivent at 1-800-847-4836. When prompted, say “Representative” and the automated system will direct you to a customer service agent.

Retrieving Tax Documents for Your Purshe Kaplan Sterling (PKS) Accounts

Tax forms are accessible online at pksinvest.com through Wealthscape Investor. Instructions:  Go to pksinvest.com. In the upper left, click on Login. Choose Client Login. Click on Login to Wealthscape Investor. Sign in with your username and password. If you forgot your password, click on “forgot password.” If you are a new user and need to register, click on register.  Enter the last four digits of your social security number, first name, last name, and date of birth. You will be prompted to create a user id and password. Follow the password guidelines and select a security question and answer. Click next, select continue to homepage. This will direct you to your account landing page.  Click on the drop-down arrow next to your account number at the top left of the screen. Under the documents tab select the tax document (you have the option of selecting a specific year) from the list. Select the tax form and print or download. For help with a password reset, call 866-556-1267 and you will be directed to PKS compliance for assistance.    

Retrieving Tax Documents for Your Thrivent Annuities, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance

Tax forms are accessible online at Thrivent.com. Please note that Thrivent plans on generating another wave of tax documents around mid-February. If you do not see your tax documents the first time logging in, they may not be available just yet. Go to Thrivent.com.  In the upper right-hand corner, click the login button.  Enter your user id (this is not your Thrivent id) and password.  You may be prompted to verify your identity by entering in a code sent to you via text, phone or email. The code will be sent to you by the method you selected.  Enter the code and continue to the Welcome page of your accounts.  Click on the link that says View Statements and Documents.  You will see a list of documents available to you.  Click on the tax forms.  You will be able to print and download tax forms. If you have questions or need assistance logging into your Thrivent profile, please call Thrivent Customer Service at 1-800-847-4836.  When prompted, say “Representative” and the automated system will direct you to a customer service agent. The customer service representative will ask for your Thrivent ID or Contract Number and will further assist you with login questions, etc.
