Abby Alt

As Director of Operations, Abby brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to operational leadership. She joins 5280 after five years in Charles Schwab’s Premier Wealth segment, where her work consistently centered on helping firms achieve operational excellence so they could stay focused on what matters most — serving their clients well.

Abby is originally from Long Island but has called Denver home long enough that she feels she qualifies as a native by marriage! She and her husband have four wonderful children who keep life lively and full. They also share their home with two dogs.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Abby and her husband in the mountains (their oldest son proudly serves on Ski Patrol in Breckenridge), at their lake house in Nebraska, or strengthening their humility by navigating a golf course. Because her beautiful family and numerous hobbies don’t seem to take up enough of her time, she recently picked up crocheting! The 5280 team is hoping for branded beanies at Christmas.

At her core, Abby values sincerity, steadiness, and showing up for people in ways that make a meaningful difference — qualities she is grateful to bring to 5280, both to the team and to our clients, every day.
