As Operations Support Contractor, Teri provides administrative support to the operations department, bringing more than 20 years of administrative experience to her role. She is known for her dependable, detail-oriented approach and for helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Teri enjoys creating organized, efficient systems that allow teams to stay focused on delivering an exceptional client experience. Originally from Tacoma, Washington, Teri now calls upstate New York home, where she lives with her husband, Roland Carey, and their two children, Miles and Claire. While she will always have a love for the Pacific Northwest, she has fully embraced the beauty and pace of life in New York. Outside of work, Teri is happiest when spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors. Whether skiing in the winter, hiking local trails, swimming in the summer, or hosting family gatherings, she values creating meaningful moments and making the most of every season life has to offer.
